Old City Hall of Prescott.

The project will come back to the Commission at a later date, possibly as early as September 13, where the Commission would vote to decide whether to approve the project and recommend it to City Council.

The proposed redevelopment project has spaces for retail and restaurant uses on the main level with upper levels consisting of a hotel with 100+ guestrooms. The goal is to attract visitors and locals alike.

Citizens and members of the public are welcome to attend all public meetings in person

All meetings can be viewed on the City’s Facebook page and Youtube Channel, and on the Public Access Channel through SparkLight. Citizens can learn more about the project and comment by going to ParticipatePrescott.com
